About the position

The Sr. Partner Marketing Manager for AWS Self-Serve, Growth & Training is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content marketing strategy that supports the partner learning journey and program launches. This role involves overseeing the creation, curation, and distribution of high-quality content to engage decision-makers and technical audiences, drive awareness of AWS Training and Certification offerings, and contribute to business growth. The position requires collaboration across multiple teams to enhance the visibility of content and program launches.

Responsibilities

  • Develop co-launch strategies and plans with high priority AWS Training Partners to reach new customers and build net-new pipeline.
  • Develop, refresh, and deliver partner content across various formats including web, marketing playbooks, collateral, and multimedia.
  • Identify planned T&C product and program launches to design content and communication strategies accordingly.
  • Implement marketing content to promote on AWS Partner Central, including T&C offers and new announcements.
  • Create and publish blog posts on T&C and AWS Partner Network blogs, ensuring social media engagement.
  • Manage cross-promotion of T&C across internal and external newsletters.
  • Identify content gaps and areas for investment based on existing content inventory.
  • Optimize and repurpose existing content assets for maximum reach and impact.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
  • Lead planning and execution of content creation with supporting agencies.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • Experience developing and executing campaigns across multiple timezones and languages
  • Experience communicating results to senior leadership

  • Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners
  • Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills to produce engaging content
