About the position

The Sr. Partner Marketing Manager for AWS Self Service Growth and Training will play a crucial role in supporting the partner ecosystem for the credit program. This position focuses on onboarding new partners and enhancing the experience of existing partners by developing and managing partner-facing enablement content and programs. The role requires collaboration with various internal teams and partners to create effective marketing strategies and materials that drive adoption, engagement, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with leading third-party AWS partners and key internal Amazon teams for participation in our partner credit program.
  • Collaborate with partners to jointly define, develop, execute and analyze high-impact go-to-market campaigns including channels, promotion, customer value propositions, messaging, campaign goals and measurement.
  • Create and deliver partner facing assets such as training materials, best practice guides, co-marketing guidelines, turnkey campaign kits, and relevant content to support partner campaigns.
  • Work with internal teams to build content such as webinars, newsletters, social media, and email to engage partners to increase adoption of the credit program.
  • Track and optimize campaign results, constantly testing the mix of tactics and channels used to deliver against goals.
  • Provide ongoing communication of partner marketing activities and report on success metrics and program results to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
  • Experience with Salesforce and Tableau

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience creating and executing integrated marketing lead generation campaigns using tactics that include live or virtual events, webinars, email, lead nurture programs, and CRM/sales insights
  • Demonstrated ability designing, building, and launching successful B2B programs, with significant experience in lifecycle nurture and revenue-generating programs
