The position reports directly to senior management, emphasizing the importance of strong communication and leadership skills in fostering a collaborative work environment. In addition to technical payroll management, the Sr. Payroll Tax Specialist will play a crucial role in creating a positive company culture that values employee involvement and flexibility. The first 90 days of the role will require on-site work to ensure proper training and integration into the team, after which a hybrid or remote work arrangement will be available. Requirements
