About the position

The Sr. People Development Specialist at Molson Coors Beverage Company is responsible for leading the design, development, and execution of learning and development programs tailored for the Supply Chain organization. This role focuses on enhancing people development capabilities and ensuring alignment with business priorities through effective learning initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders to understand capability needs and build relevant learning and development programs.
  • Execute learning delivery strategies to ensure quality, consistency, efficiency, and effectiveness.
  • Lead and monitor Supply Chain program effectiveness and continuously improve to maximize business impact.
  • Build capability in plant Learning and Development Teams and Supply Chain SMEs through coaching and best practice sharing.
  • Stay current in best practices and trends for adult learning, instructional design, and program management.
  • Liaise with vendors to ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with the people development team to support prioritized projects and initiatives.
  • Provide input on evolving the First Choice Learning Center brand and purpose.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 4 years of progressive experience in HR, Learning and Development, or building effective learning solutions.
  • Experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or CPG operations organizations preferred.
  • Client service mindset with a solution orientation.
  • Experience working in a matrix environment and managing vendors.
  • Ability to complete complex projects quickly and adeptly.
  • Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills.
  • Accountability for results and integrity in commitments.
  • A thirst for learning and helping others grow.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in adult learning principles and program management.
  • Familiarity with vendor management in a learning context.
