We are backed by legendary VCs and industry experts like Founders Fund, BOND, and Coatue. We are looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented People Operations aficionado to join our small but mighty team. The ideal candidate will have impeccable attention to detail, thrives in a fast paced environment, and is an organization guru. This role will play an integral role in coordinating and executing various People and Office programs and processes and will work cross functionally with other teams across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
  • Own all aspects of maintaining employee data and identify opportunities for automation through HR technology
  • Support benefits & perks program, including running annual Open Enrollment
  • Manage immigration and visa cases
  • Field employee questions/concerns and assist in confidential employee relations matters
  • Assist with multi-state and multi-national employment compliance across our global hubs
  • Administer People programs and initiatives such as engagement surveys and performance review cycles
  • Actively participate in various ad-doc People Ops Team programs and projects

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in People Operations role
  • Strong project management skills
  • Efficient, thoughtful, and personable written and verbal communication skills
  • Able and willing to work onsite 5 days a week which includes 2 days in SF and 3 days in Menlo Park
  • Passionate people person who understands the value of positive employee experiences
  • Proactive and detail-oriented with advanced administrative and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize and work in a dynamic, demanding environment

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with HR tools and systems especially Rippling and Lattice
  • Experience with insurance and employment laws and regulations in both the US and Canada
