About the position

The Sr. Plan, Forecasting & Budget Analyst will provide financial insights and projections to support organizational decision-making at Baptist Health South Florida. Reporting to the Manager of Planning, Forecasting & Budgeting, this role involves planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the healthcare system's financial activities, along with conducting financial analysis and ad hoc reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial insights and projections to inform business leaders.
• Support the Manager in planning, budgeting, and forecasting of system-wide financial activity.
• Conduct financial analysis and prepare ad hoc reports.
• Develop complex financial models to aid in decision-making.
• Design and implement new strategies and processes for financial planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• MBA or Master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of three years of progressive financial responsibilities in planning, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Demonstrated ability to develop complex financial modeling.
• Ability to deal with complex problems and present recommendations clearly.
