About the position

The Sr PM/Program Manager with E-commerce is responsible for overseeing large-scale digital programs, ensuring successful delivery while maintaining relationships with partners, vendors, and suppliers. This role requires a strong background in E-commerce and retail, along with the ability to manage program-level views, track progress, and address customer escalations effectively.

Responsibilities

• Align with Program Director and Business Relationship Managers.
• Maintain an overall program-level view of current state, progress, and achievements.
• Review delivery accomplishments and prepare budgets while controlling expenses.
• Enable additional support from other HCL Centers of Excellence and Practices.
• Track work progress and maintain relationships with partners, vendors, and suppliers.
• Oversee delivery quality and manage customer escalations.
• Manage large-scale digital programs with 25+ team members.
• Comprehend key digital technologies such as Cloud, DevOps, and E-commerce.
• Build and maintain the right team to deliver the program or track.
• Identify and discuss concerns with Scrum Master and Product Owner to assist in achieving successful delivery of iteration and PI objectives.
• Ensure compliance and reporting as defined for the track.

Requirements

• Strong background in E-commerce and retail domains.
• Ability to comprehend key digital technologies like Cloud and DevOps.
• Experience in budgeting preparation and controlling.
