At Northrop Grumman, we are seeking a Sr. Principal Military Trainer - Multidomain Operations Analyst to join our team at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. This position is critical in providing analysis of the effectiveness of training audiences and the opposing force (WCOPFOR) in multidomain operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Observer Coach/Trainer (OC/T) coaching, After Action Review (AAR) production, and the development of Key Observations. The analysis will link tactical actions of both training audiences and WCOPFOR, integrating scripted operational and strategic level effects within simulations or through analog rules and adjudications. The role requires a comprehensive understanding of how multidomain operations in Warfighter Exercises (WFXs) or other training exercises connect lethal and nonlethal effects across all domains. The analysis must articulate the cause and effect relationships of tactical systems and their impact on cohesion, combat power, and decision-making processes. The candidate will utilize systems such as ARCHER and V3D to conduct assessments focusing on critical events during exercises and evaluate the effectiveness of training audiences in executing their commanding general's operational art. This position is not only about analysis but also about collaboration with various military and technical experts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in military operations, particularly in multidomain environments, and will be expected to travel up to 25% of the time to support simulation-based Army training exercises. The role is based on-site at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas, and requires a Secret security clearance to start.
