About the position

At Northrop Grumman, we are seeking a Sr. Principal Military Trainer - Multidomain Operations Analyst to join our team at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. This position is critical in providing analysis of the effectiveness of training audiences and the opposing force (WCOPFOR) in multidomain operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Observer Coach/Trainer (OC/T) coaching, After Action Review (AAR) production, and the development of Key Observations.
