About the position

The Sr Principal Solutions Architect at Lamb Weston is responsible for developing architectural solutions that align with the company's business objectives. This role involves analyzing business and technical requirements, creating solution blueprints, and ensuring the implementation of technology solutions that are efficient, secure, and in line with architectural guidelines. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders, including business leaders and technology teams, to bridge the gap between business needs and technology implementation.

Responsibilities

• Develop global, efficient, and secure solutions and designs that respect local legacy applications.
• Partner with business leaders and peers to understand business requirements and recommend solutions, including system options and risk assessments.
• Co-develop strategy and roadmap for enterprise solutions, including application architecture and integration design.
• Bridge the gap between business requirements and technology solutions, balancing global and regional interests.
• Research and apply current and emerging technologies, proposing changes as needed.
• Work with various teams to define preferred technologies and capabilities to drive business strategy.
• Review business and technical requirements, supporting development and testing activities, and escalating architecture issues.
• Prepare presentations, documents, diagrams, and models to communicate analysis and recommendations.
• Provide supervision and guidance to development teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Software, Engineering, Computer Science, Math, or Information Systems.
• 7+ years of work experience in consulting, systems integration, or architect role.
• Broad and deep knowledge of Salesforce in design and delivery.
• Knowledge of SAP Order to Cash processes is a plus.
• Integration knowledge with Salesforce CRM.
• Expertise in analyzing, creating system specifications, and implementing business solutions.
• Experience working in a global environment with a focus on harmonization and standardization.
• Project management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical thinker with a natural interest in new technologies and trends.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of SAP S/4 and SAP ECC processes.
