About the position

As a Sr. Privacy Compliance Program Manager at Shipt, you will oversee the operational management and implementation of the company's privacy program initiatives. This role focuses on integrating privacy considerations into Shipt's daily operations, developing and enforcing privacy policies, conducting risk assessments, managing data subject requests, and supporting employee training on privacy practices. You will coordinate with various departments to ensure privacy is embedded in all business operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6+ years of experience in Privacy, Risk, or related Compliance functions.
• Strong understanding of privacy laws and regulations, including GDPR and CCPA.
• Experience in developing and implementing privacy compliance programs.
• Ability to communicate complex privacy concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to identify and assess privacy risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Nice-to-haves

• Certified Information Privacy Professional certification preferred.
