About the position

The Sr Process Improvement Engineer will analyze and enhance existing business processes to achieve sustainability and efficiency in line with lean strategies and organizational goals. This role involves collaboration with various teams to map, analyze, and innovate processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering actionable insights through data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, design, execute, measure, and monitor business processes across departments.
• Ensure business process outcomes align with organizational objectives and goals.
• Review and understand end-to-end processes, introducing innovations that impact results.
• Design and build dashboards to translate data into actionable insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2-5 years of experience in a process improvement role
• Highly proficient in Google Suite and/or Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with intelligent automation capabilities
• Proficient in SQL
• Experience with Celonis or other process intelligence tools is a plus
• Lean Six Sigma Green/Black belt certification is a plus
