About the position

The Process Improvement Engineer will analyze existing processes and propose optimal solutions to enhance efficiency and sustainability in alignment with lean strategies and organizational goals. This role collaborates with various teams to map, analyze, and innovate business processes, ensuring outcomes meet strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, design, execute, measure, and monitor business processes across departments.
• Collaborate with the process intelligence team, business stakeholders, automation team, and IT.
• Map and analyze processes to identify waste reduction and workflow improvement opportunities.
• Design and build dashboards to translate data into actionable insights.
• Introduce innovation into end-to-end processes to impact results.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2-5 years of experience in a process improvement role
• Highly proficient in Google Suite and/or Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with intelligent automation capabilities
• Proficient in SQL
• Experience with Celonis or other process intelligence tools is a plus
• Lean Six Sigma Green/Black belt certification is a key competency.
