About the position

The Process Improvement Engineer will analyze and enhance existing processes to propose optimal solutions and develop actionable plans for achieving process sustainability and success. This role is integral to aligning with lean strategies and strategic goals, collaborating closely with various teams including process intelligence, business stakeholders, automation, and IT.

Responsibilities

  • Dissect existing processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Propose optimal processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop plans to transition from current to future state processes.
  • Ensure process sustainability in alignment with lean strategies.
  • Collaborate with the process intelligence team and business stakeholders.
  • Work with the automation team and IT to implement process changes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in process improvement or industrial engineering.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with lean methodologies and process mapping.
  • Familiarity with automation technologies and IT systems.
