About the position

The Sr Process Improvement Engineer will analyze and enhance existing processes to achieve sustainability and success through lean strategies. This role collaborates with various teams to map, analyze, and optimize workflows, aiming to reduce waste and improve efficiency in alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, design, execute, measure, and monitor business processes across departments.
• Ensure business process outcomes align with organizational objectives and goals.
• Review and understand end-to-end processes, introducing innovations that impact results.
• Design and build dashboards to translate data into actionable insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2-5 years of experience in a process improvement role
• Highly proficient in Google Suite and/or Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiar with intelligent automation capabilities
• Proficient in SQL
• Experience with Celonis or other process intelligence tools is a plus
• Lean Six Sigma Green/Black belt certification is a plus
