Serving large, global clients in the telecom and datacom industries, we provide next-generation optical modules to support the growing need for data and communications. We are looking for a Senior Process Integration Engineer to work with our 400Gbps, 800Gbps, and 1.6Tbps opto-electronic products. In this role, you will be responsible for improving system-level performance of these products, scoping and building experiments to quantify transceiver performance characteristics, and designing automated bench-level testing. You will create linkages between manufacturing processes and system performance for Molex opto-electronic products, developing a knowledge base of product sensitivities to aid in product and process design for next-generation products. Additionally, you will guide continuous improvement opportunities while collaborating with product design and manufacturing teams, manage and interact with suppliers, subcontractors, and contract manufacturers, and be responsible for improving performance through monitoring processes, parametric tests, and yield. Performing necessary research to ensure Molex maintains alignment with the latest industry standards (IEEE, MSA, IEC, etc.) will also be a key part of your responsibilities.
