About the position

COCC is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Product Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with strong business and technical acumen to significantly impact our clients by implementing a new business intelligence solution. As a Senior Business Intelligence Product Analyst, you will regularly interface with our clients to communicate platform features and functionality, lead product presentations, and conduct related demonstrations. You will be responsible for documenting business requirements and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution of projects. Additionally, you will research, analyze, and test new enhancements and bug fixes, maintaining a strong knowledge of business intelligence industry trends and technologies. In this position, you will contribute to the development of COCC's knowledge base by regularly updating product documentation related to business intelligence. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that our clients receive top-quality support and innovative solutions that meet their needs. Responsibilities

• Regularly interface with clients to communicate platform features and functionality.
• Lead product presentations and related demonstrations.
• Document business requirements and coordinate execution with internal stakeholders.
• Research, analyze, and test new enhancements and bug fixes.
• Responsible for business intelligence product implementations.
• Maintain business intelligence industry knowledge, product, and technical expertise.
• Contribute to Business Intelligence product documentation in COCC's knowledge base.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred, but relevant work experience and/or certifications will be considered.
• 5-10 years of experience in a business intelligence product role.
• Proficient with Excel; SQL skills are a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft PowerBI is a plus.
• Experience with Business Intelligence cloud technology is a plus.
• Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills.
• Highly detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multi-task.
• Excellent verbal communication skills; excellent presentation skills are a must.
• Strong business writing skills.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex processes and systems.

• Familiarity with data visualization tools beyond PowerBI.
