This exciting position offers the opportunity to support Constellation's energy generating facilities by spearheading the efficient operation and lifecycle management of the cutting-edge applications that drive these facilities. As a member of a product delivery team, you will support the entire lifecycle of a product or system. This includes supporting the core platform's day-to-day operating needs, understanding new business needs, architecting, designing, and developing solutions, ensuring quality through testing, release management, and change management. You will coordinate tasks for subordinates and collaborate across teams as needed. The role requires a level of independence, allowing you to work independently or under the guidance of a Manager or Project Manager. In this role, you will work with other product team members to determine how to achieve team goals through a clear understanding of business needs and expected outcomes. You will deliver application and/or infrastructure solutions to meet expected business outcomes by assisting in planning work activities, analyzing requirements, designing and building software solutions, and enhancing, maintaining, or supporting existing products and processes to meet team goals and metrics. Maintaining and enhancing engagement with business partners and other stakeholders is crucial, as is managing scope and expectations with stakeholders. You will also identify and implement continuous improvements associated with the platform to support effortless customer experiences. Developing and maintaining technical capabilities within your supporting discipline or function, including best practices, is essential. You will review estimates of specific solutions to ensure that time, cost, and design meet the needs of the business. Participation in strategic product planning meetings will provide insight on risk, cost vs. benefit, and impact.
