About the position

As a Senior Product Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the product strategy and driving data-informed decisions across the organization. You will be responsible for analyzing market trends, customer feedback, and product performance metrics to provide actionable insights that will guide product development and enhancements. Your expertise in data analysis and visualization will be crucial in communicating findings to stakeholders and influencing product roadmaps. In this role, you will utilize advanced analytical techniques to dissect complex datasets, identify patterns, and generate reports that highlight key performance indicators. You will also be tasked with developing and maintaining dashboards that provide real-time insights into product performance, enabling teams to make informed decisions quickly. Your ability to translate data into compelling narratives will be essential in presenting findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. Additionally, you will mentor junior analysts, sharing your knowledge and best practices to foster a culture of data-driven decision-making within the team. You will also be involved in conducting user research and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and inform product iterations. Your contributions will directly impact the success of our products and the satisfaction of our customers.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Data Science, Statistics).
  • 5+ years of experience in product analysis or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with A/B testing and user research methodologies.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Experience with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
  • Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, R).
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques.
