About the position

The Sr. Product Analyst at BECU plays a crucial role in driving impactful change by owning the analytics for Financial Health products. This position focuses on transforming data into actionable insights that shape product strategies, enhance member satisfaction, and fuel innovation, directly supporting BECU's mission of improving financial well-being for its members. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams and requires a passion for using data to make a difference.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze Product Performance: Provide detailed reports on metrics such as Financial Health, Product adoption, and retention to guide strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Use advanced analytics to pinpoint areas for product improvement, optimize pricing strategies, and enhance member experiences, contributing to overall product success.
  • Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends by conducting research and competitive benchmarking, recommending adjustments to ensure BECU remains a market leader.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with product managers, marketing, finance, and other stakeholders to align product strategies with BECU's organizational goals and ensure seamless delivery.
  • Compliance and Security: Ensure all products meet credit union regulations, internal policies, and security standards, especially in data operations and marketing practices.

Requirements

  • Experience in product analysis or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
