About the position

The Sr. Product Analyst role at Dexian involves supporting the development and strategic direction of product documentation and requirements analysis within an agile team. This position focuses on enhancing product delivery through collaboration with Product Owners and stakeholders, ensuring that user feedback is integrated into product developments. The role is hybrid, requiring two days on-site work, and is part of a growing agile team.

Responsibilities

  • Support strategic direction for the product, requirements analysis, and supporting business services to advance product delivery.
  • Work closely within agile teams/Product Owners to ensure business value is achieved and user feedback is translated into new developments.
  • Provide business analysis and strategic planning, technology demand, and roadmap planning for the Product(s) in an agile operating environment.
  • Support the development of product documentation such as epics and user stories.
  • Groom backlogs and elaborate requirements.
  • Support prototyping, release planning, and road-mapping.
  • Prioritize and sequence features/stories.
  • Coordinate business demos and user feedback sessions.
  • Provide ongoing expertise and guidance on best usage practices.
  • Participate in conversations with a wide variety of stakeholders.
  • Perform industry, business, and technical analysis; contribute to product strategy, roadmaps, and prioritization in line with business objectives.
  • Manage stakeholder communication and decision-making in line with governance requirements.
  • Promote Agile behaviors within business areas to support Agile transformation.
  • Drive alignment with other product areas including product interdependencies.
  • Partner with business leaders to respond to changing priorities and delivery requirements across multiple products or product areas.
  • Support Production Operations during incidents.

Requirements

  • Experience in supporting the development of product documentation such as epics and user stories.
  • Experience in grooming backlogs and elaborating requirements.
  • Experience in supporting prototyping, release planning, and road-mapping.
  • Ability to prioritize and sequence features/stories effectively.
  • Experience in settlement systems, particularly Fedwire or alternatives.
  • Familiarity with AWS/Azure cloud environments.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in Agile methodologies and practices.
