About the position

The Senior Product Data Analyst at Hertz is responsible for developing and implementing analytic best practices to generate insightful research, reports, visualizations, and dashboards. The role focuses on leveraging advanced analytics and data mining techniques to understand product performance, drive operational efficiency, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization. The analyst will collaborate with various stakeholders, provide predictive insights, and work on strategic initiatives to optimize digital products.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement best practices for analytics, reports, visualizations, and dashboards.
• Conduct deep research on industry trends and challenges to identify growth opportunities.
• Liaise with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop actionable insights.
• Analyze and define success metrics for business initiatives, focusing on A/B tests.
• Integrate and curate data from various sources to create detailed reports and dashboards.
• Use data visualization tools to present results to diverse audiences.
• Solve complex business problems using analytical approaches to identify patterns in large datasets.
• Guide business leaders in analytics and reporting for effective execution.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in a data analyst role.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with Cloud Services, preferably AWS.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python.
• Strong experience with Data Visualization tools like Tableau.
• Proficient in SQL and experience with structured and semi-structured data.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with Agile/Scrum experience.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a quantitative discipline.
