About the position

The Sr Product Designer - Identity at Disney Entertainment & ESPN Technology is responsible for creating innovative and user-centered design solutions for consumer-facing products. This role involves collaborating with diverse teams to enhance the user experience across various platforms, including streaming services and digital products. The designer will work on multiple projects, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring that the designs align with brand guidelines and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Define app and web experiences for consumer-facing products
• Coordinate requirements with collaborators
• Innovate new consumer experiences
• Collaborate with a diverse set of partners
• Produce design solutions using sketches, wireframes, and high-fidelity mock-ups
• Present design work to partners and stakeholders
• Set an example for other designers to follow

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant industry experience
• Experience designing consumer-facing apps/websites and complex user flows
• Expert understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
• Self-motivated problem solver with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively
• Eager to challenge the status quo and innovate
• Strong interest in learning new technologies and design skills
• Reliable, adaptable, and able to work well with others
• Ability to design within brand guides and contribute to design language
• Expert knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
