About the position

As a Sr. Product Designer at Disney+, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience for our global marketing landing pages. This position is part of the Growth Marketing team, which is dedicated to driving new subscriber acquisition and enhancing the profitability of Disney Streaming's business objectives. You will collaborate closely with various teams, including the Lead Product Designer, Creative Directors, Art Directors, and Copywriters, to create innovative and consumer-driven marketing solutions. Your work will involve crafting, updating, and building design solutions that not only meet business goals but also enhance customer experiences across our digital platforms. In this role, you will maintain design toolkits and libraries that support our global marketing landing page framework. You will be responsible for quality assurance of design files and projects, ensuring that the output is effective and aligns with our brand standards. Your design tasks will include creating high-fidelity wireframes and mockups, brainstorming innovative ideas, and cross-collaborating with various stakeholders to refine and realize effective design solutions. You will also focus on building customer-centric designs that support global testing and marketing roadmaps, ensuring that our landing pages and ad products resonate with our audience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web design, particularly in the context of marketing, and will be passionate about creating user-centric solutions that drive engagement and conversion. You will be expected to leverage your experience and skills to contribute to a team culture that values collaboration and creativity, pushing the boundaries of what is possible in the digital media landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain design toolkits and libraries for our global marketing landing page framework
  • QA files and projects with support from team members to ensure output of effective design solutions
  • Design and update landing pages, modules, and create high-fidelity wireframes and mockups for presentations
  • Brainstorm and ideate to support innovating customer experiences
  • Cross-collaborate and receive direction and feedback from product and growth marketing strategy teams, copywriters, designers, art directors, and the Lead Product Designer to realize business goals and effective design solutions
  • Build customer-centric design solutions for global testing and marketing roadmaps across landing pages and ad products

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of experience working as a web designer for a product or service
  • A portfolio reflecting a strong sense of pixel-perfect user-centric understanding of message hierarchy, typographic and layout, while showing proficiency in Javascript and CSS
  • People-first approach with a passion for working collaboratively and contributing to our team culture
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate design solutions
  • A passion for adapting to new workflows and tools
  • An understanding for acquisition and conversion-based web design methodologies
  • Experience working with data for testing, research, and market analysis to advise design decisions
  • Proficiency in tools for prototyping: Figma, Adobe Suite, Keynote, Google
  • Detailed organization for file naming and asset management
