About the position

As a Senior Product Insights Analyst on HashiCorp's Portfolio Strategy team, you will play a pivotal role in connecting product development to business outcomes, particularly focusing on partner alliances. This internally focused position emphasizes leveraging data and insights to enhance the success of partnerships and contribute to the strategic direction of both HashiCorp and its partners' products.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Partner Alliances team in enhancing growth and efficiency across the partner ecosystem.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to identify opportunities for new partnerships and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Work closely with product management and partner alliances teams to enhance product roadmaps based on partner success metrics.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape for key partners and provide insights to refine partnership strategies.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive evaluation framework to measure the success of existing partner alliances.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in product management, data analytics, or a related field, with a focus on the DevOps space.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS business models and the value chain involved in strategic alliances.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and create frameworks to measure success.
  • Experience analyzing complex datasets (Snowflake, SQL, Python, Tableau, Sigma, etc.) and providing actionable insights.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and align diverse teams to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a track record of developing innovative solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex information to executive stakeholders.

Nice-to-haves

  • A degree in computer science, statistics, data science, or an MBA.
  • Familiarity with AWS, Azure, and GCP, and leveraging their ecosystems for product development.
  • Experience with co-sell initiatives with partners like Palo Alto Networks.
  • Experience with integrating products from build partners into larger ecosystems.
