About the position

The Senior Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Analyst at Edgewell Personal Care is responsible for providing expertise in SAP PLM functionality and best practices. This role involves executing solution delivery, assisting in prioritization of business requirements, and collaborating with technical teams to resolve discrepancies. The analyst will support and maintain functional system solutions for the R&D organization globally, ensuring effective change management and process integration.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and provide project management expertise in collaboration with the business.
  • Anticipate customer challenges and propose solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of business process flows, functional specifications, and test cases.
  • Collaborate with representatives of other IT/functional areas to ensure end-to-end process integration and consistency.
  • Interface with vendors to assess whether their products meet business requirements.
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends and technologies, making recommendations for new/upgraded systems.
  • Develop business relationships and integrate activities with other IT areas for successful project implementation.
  • Complete requirements identification and fit-gap analysis.
  • Develop and/or approve team's functional specifications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or related field required.
  • 5 years of support and/or implementation of SAP Product Life Cycle functionality required.
  • Proven experience with key functionality in Recipe Development, Specification Management, Label Management, and Document Management (DMS).
  • Ability to articulate and present different points-of-view on various technologies.
  • Strong time management skills and flexibility.
  • Experience in business process analysis and redesign, including process mapping and implementation.
  • Developing functional specifications.

Nice-to-haves

  • SAP Workflow design and definition (BRF+).
  • SAP WWI report design and development.
  • Consumer Packaged Goods and GMP Regulatory experience preferred.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary range of $96,000 - $144,000 based on experience and other factors.
