About the position

The Sr. Product Line Sales Manager for Digital Systems is responsible for driving sales and new orders for plant process computer and digital control systems within the nuclear industry. This role involves identifying new sales opportunities, nurturing existing customer relationships, and representing Curtiss-Wright solutions in a highly regulated environment. The position requires a strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to align them with the company's offerings to achieve successful business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop sales plans and execute them effectively.
  • Identify and cultivate sales opportunities with existing and new customers.
  • Manage existing sales accounts to meet or exceed financial objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver customer presentations for the Plant Optimization business line.
  • Identify key decision-makers within customer organizations.
  • Perform sales functions with purchasing, engineering, quality, and finance teams.
  • Lead program marketing and new launch activities.
  • Prepare proposals and present formal offerings to customers, following up through PO acceptance.
  • Participate in trade shows, sales meetings, and promotional activities for Curtiss-Wright products.
  • Communicate customer activities to management through reports.
  • Provide input to support the annual sales planning process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • 10+ years of experience selling engineered products in the power production market.
  • Strong knowledge of the power plant generation market and nuclear industry regulations.
  • Business acumen and understanding of technology adoption and solution management concepts.
  • Proficiency in developing and executing a technical services sales strategy.
  • Experience with CRM systems and opportunity management practices.
  • Well-developed communication and presentation skills.
