About the position

PayPal, Inc. seeks Sr. Product Manager 1 - Technical in San Jose, CA. The role involves utilizing Product Management or other relevant experience managing either REST APIs or Web SDK to research, interpret, and leverage data to make technical product decisions, lead product development from idea to launch and iteration. The candidate will manage the development and maintenance of technology-focused products (SaaS, APIs, SDKs, Infrastructure, Platform) in an Agile SCRUM environment at scale. The position requires adapting communication to the technical level of the audience (developers, product managers, and senior business leaders) and driving product innovation by identifying new opportunities based on research, industry trends, and best practices. Responsibilities also include conducting individual and team strategy sessions, performing design and code reviews, and establishing processes for monitoring frameworks and analyzing production platforms.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Three years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
