About the position

The Sr. Product Manager for Access Control Security Software Platforms is a mid-level individual contributor role focused on the development and management of access control software products. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring that the product line meets market needs and drives business growth through collaboration with cross-functional teams, market research, and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to develop and enhance access control software products.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines key features, enhancements, and timelines.
• Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand pain points, and validate product concepts.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
• Create and maintain product documentation, including user guides, technical specifications, and training materials.
• Communicate product updates, progress, and challenges to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in access control or security products.
• Strong understanding of access control technologies and security industry standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
• Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
