About the position

The Senior Product Manager (Account Holder) at Inspira Financial is responsible for leading the User Experience vision and delivery for a new greenfield platform aimed at Health & Benefits customers. This role involves collaborating with engineers, designers, and business leaders to create compelling account holder experiences, ensuring that solutions meet user needs and drive business outcomes. The position requires a self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Envisions and creates compelling account holder experiences across various platforms.
  • Conducts end user interviews, focus groups, and user testing to ensure solutions meet user needs.
  • Analyzes customer feedback and market trends to shape product strategy.
  • Monitors product performance metrics and makes data-driven decisions to optimize user experience.
  • Collaborates with internal stakeholders to understand needs and align with organizational strategy.
  • Employs Agile methods to deliver value, including product backlog refinement and release planning.
  • Creates and manages Agile artifacts for prioritization and decision-making.
  • Assesses features and costs to determine product progression.
  • Mentors and develops junior product managers.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in a fast-paced technology environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Marketing, Design, Psychology or related field; Master's Degree preferred.
  • Background in Health Care or startup strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products.
  • Strong knowledge of software design principles.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Proven leadership skills to guide self-organizing teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple issues simultaneously and manage stressful situations.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with HSA, FSA, HRA, JSA and COBRA products preferred.
  • Desire for continuous improvement through learning modern product management best practices.
  • Ability to work occasional overtime.
