About the position

The Sr. Product Leader at Amazon Ads will be responsible for owning, building, and executing plans for launching cold start products aimed at enhancing branding experiences for both enterprise and individual customers. This role requires a hands-on leader who can navigate the complexities of product development and launch, ensuring successful strategies are in place to meet brand objectives. The position demands a deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the development of media success strategy, on and off Amazon, for media execution across account and creative teams.
• Develop and own key metrics and customer success drivers through partnerships with business intelligence, account teams, and creative teams.
• Serve as the interface between partner teams to influence their roadmap and ensure high-value product delivery.
• Provide leadership rooted in data by generating customer insights and tracking competitive landscape and industry trends.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with end-to-end product delivery.
• Experience with feature delivery and trade-offs of a product.
