About the position
The Senior Product Manager for Advanced Search at PitchBook will lead the development and execution of product strategies aimed at enhancing user experiences and driving engagement with PitchBook's platform. This role focuses on innovation and collaboration, leveraging customer insights to create robust product offerings that meet the needs of users in the private equity data market.
Responsibilities
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap to increase adoption and engagement of PitchBook products among users
- Identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation by working backwards from the customer journey
- Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch to end-of-life
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and project teams to execute initiatives for the Core Experience - Screeners product roadmap
- Champion client needs and drive awareness of their pain points across the organization
- Mentor team members within the Product organization
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in a technology-driven environment
- Strong understanding of product management principles and methodologies
- Experience with user experience design and customer journey mapping
- Technical expertise in areas such as Machine Learning, AI, and Natural Language Processing
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform product decisions

- Familiarity with agile development methodologies
