About the position

The Sr. Product Manager for Affordability Programs at Apple Store Online is responsible for driving the roadmap and delivery of technical capabilities that enhance the online shopping experience. This role focuses on defining and implementing eCommerce affordability programs, ensuring that customers receive a personalized and magical shopping experience. The position requires collaboration with various global partners across multiple functions to manage projects from concept to execution while fostering an inclusive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with global partners in diverse functions to define and implement eCommerce affordability programs.
• Define e-commerce product features related to ownership, loyalty, digital payments, financing, and leasing programs.
• Ensure projects stay on track and teams remain productive from concept to design to development.
• Set and manage timelines, meetings, and statuses across multiple teams.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting differences and fostering curiosity.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Management experience driving e-commerce or consumer digital experiences.
• Experience with Payments & Financing Programs.
• Strong Project/Program Management skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Strong sense of user experience and business acumen.
• Proven ability to analyze data and drive decision-making based on historical and market trends.
• Demonstrated understanding of technical ecosystems and ability to synthesize information for a broad audience.
• Effective communication skills across all organizational levels.
