About the position

The Sr. Product Manager for AWS Server Supply Chain will lead the technical sourcing of Integrated Circuits and Interconnects for Printed Circuit Board Assemblies, ensuring that AWS infrastructure meets the rapidly growing demands of its customers. This role involves developing and implementing supply chain strategies, negotiating supplier agreements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative technology solutions while maintaining cost efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Printed Circuit Board (PCB) supply chain strategies for AWS hardware infrastructure.
• Understand PCB industry and technology trends.
• Identify key technology trends in the industry and drive supplier product roadmaps and execute on strategic initiatives in those products.
• Negotiate and implement complex supplier agreements and contracts by working with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Develop negotiations strategies to deliver against business objectives and achieve sustainable relationships with suppliers.
• Provide weekly team updates and deliver executive level updates on a monthly basis.
• Responsible for vendor escalations to resolve any issues related to the category.
• Present to senior leadership via written narratives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
• 5+ years of professional or military experience
• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years working with the electronics industry in supply chain, operations, manufacturing, or engineering fields.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
• Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements
• 5+ years of responding to requests for proposals experience
• 5+ years of experience in Semiconductor and/or PC Industry development and/or manufacturing
