About the position

The Sr. Product Manager - Benefit Management-Loyalty at Target is responsible for managing and enhancing the benefits experience for Target Circle members. This role focuses on simplifying the availability of benefits to partners and ensuring a personalized guest experience. The position involves collaboration with various teams to develop product objectives and deliver a cohesive product that meets customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and power the benefits experience for Target Circle members.
  • Simplify the way benefits are made available to partners.
  • Collaborate with guest data, digital, promo, and marketing teams.
  • Develop a plan and business objectives (OKRs) for the product.
  • Collect customer feedback and relevant data points to prioritize product direction.
  • Maintain and refine the product backlog, creating user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Encourage open exchange of information and inspire team performance.

Requirements

  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of product management experience in retail promotional or loyalty landscape.
  • Technical aptitude and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Experience with front-end digital experience teams.
  • Ability to facilitate communication between business and technology teams.
  • Experience working in an agile environment.
  • Strong communication skills.
