Our client is seeking a talented Senior Product Manager / Business Analyst with a strong background in the tourism and theme park space. The ideal candidate will possess a robust business analyst, product owner, or analyst background, particularly in guest experience technology implementations, including access control systems. This role requires effective communication with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives, to develop comprehensive requirements and formal documentation that will support the development of technology solutions for new premier guest experiences or destinations. In this position, the candidate will be responsible for gathering both technical and functional requirements, as well as creating capability matrixes. The role demands clear written and verbal communication skills to lead requirements gathering meetings with senior-level executives effectively. The successful candidate will work closely with directors, vice presidents, and critical technical resources, such as solution architects, to develop all technology solutions related to guest experiences, with a significant focus on access control. The responsibilities extend beyond just gathering requirements; the candidate will also ensure that the technology solutions developed meet these requirements and oversee the successful deployment of these solutions for new guest experiences.
