About the position

The Senior Product Manager for Distributed Marketing at Epsilon will oversee the development and management of marketing automation tools aimed at enhancing distributed marketing capabilities. This role involves defining product requirements, creating roadmaps, and managing the product lifecycle to drive growth in new and existing markets. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in enterprise-level marketing automation, focusing on local franchisee and affiliate needs, and will be responsible for ensuring compliance and effective workflow collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with cross-product leaders to define product direction and leverage distributed marketing capabilities.
  • Understanding customer needs and anticipating future market trends in distributed marketing.
  • Synthesizing product leaders' needs into clear product requirements.
  • Communicating customer and product priorities to product management leadership and technical stakeholders.
  • Managing product features/functions and maintaining the product roadmap.
  • Acting as a key stakeholder and product owner in Engineering project execution.
  • Defining detailed functional requirements in collaboration with UX and Engineering teams.
  • Contributing to documentation and training materials for field and customer enablement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, particularly in distributed marketing and collaboration use cases for enterprise-level customers.
  • Experience in both large and small organizations, demonstrating entrepreneurial spirit in fast-paced environments.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, organizational, leadership, and customer service skills.
  • Strong business and technical acumen, with experience in Agile methodologies.
  • Proven track record of managing products through their entire lifecycle in the software industry.
  • Direct experience with data-driven marketing programs.
  • Ability to effectively communicate vision to senior leadership.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, capable of working in both self-motivated and team environments.
  • B.A or B.S. Degree; an MBA is a plus.
