We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager for the role of Distributed Marketing within Epsilon's People Cloud. This position will report directly to a Senior Director of Product Management and will involve significant cross-team visibility. The primary responsibility of this role is to define requirements, create and manage roadmaps, and oversee the product lifecycle of next-generation distributed marketing capabilities. This strategic suite of features is designed to drive growth in both new and existing markets. If you are ready to take on this challenge, we would love to hear from you! The ideal candidate will possess substantial hands-on experience in managing distributed enterprise-level marketing automation capabilities, particularly focusing on the needs of local franchisees and affiliates, as well as collaboration use cases. This includes defining and building efficient data and content sharing principles, while applying these to brand controls that encompass compliance, workflow collaboration, and approval processes at scale. You should be familiar with methodologies for scoring and prioritizing features, comfortable working in greenfield environments, and able to articulate customer needs effectively. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of Product Management experience, with a significant focus on managing distributed marketing components of large-scale Enterprise SaaS products. You will collaborate with cross-product leaders to define product direction and leverage Epsilon's distributed marketing capabilities. Understanding customer needs and market trends will be crucial in building future-ready solutions. You will also be responsible for synthesizing product requirements, communicating priorities to stakeholders, managing product features and functions, and participating as a key stakeholder in engineering projects related to your product area. Additionally, you will define detailed functional requirements and contribute to documentation and training materials for customer enablement.
