Epsilon is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager for its Distributed Marketing team, reporting directly to a Senior Director of Product Management. This role is pivotal in defining requirements, creating and managing product roadmaps, and overseeing the product lifecycle of next-generation distributed marketing capabilities within Epsilon's People Cloud. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving growth into both new and existing markets through a strategic suite of features. The ideal candidate will possess significant hands-on experience in managing enterprise-level marketing automation capabilities, particularly focusing on the needs of local franchisees and affiliates, as well as collaboration use cases. This includes defining and building efficient data and content sharing principles while ensuring compliance, workflow collaboration, and approval processes at scale. The Senior Product Manager will be expected to be a strategic thinker who is also willing to roll up their sleeves to get things done. They should have experience in scoring and prioritizing features and be comfortable working in greenfield environments. The role requires the ability to articulate customer needs and product priorities effectively, ensuring that the voice of the customer is heard in product development. The candidate should have a strong background in product management, particularly in distributed marketing components of large-scale Enterprise SaaS products, with at least 5 years of relevant experience. In this role, the Senior Product Manager will collaborate with cross-product leaders to define product direction and leverage Epsilon's distributed marketing capabilities. They will need to understand current customer needs and anticipate future market trends to build products that provide value. The position involves synthesizing product leaders' needs into actionable product requirements, managing product features and functions, and participating as a key stakeholder in engineering projects. The Senior Product Manager will also be responsible for defining detailed functional requirements and contributing to documentation and training materials for both internal and external stakeholders.
