About the position

Epsilon is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager for its Distributed Marketing team, reporting directly to a Senior Director of Product Management. This role is pivotal in defining requirements, creating and managing product roadmaps, and overseeing the product lifecycle of next-generation distributed marketing capabilities within Epsilon's People Cloud. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving growth into both new and existing markets through a strategic suite of features. The ideal candidate will possess significant hands-on experience in managing enterprise-level marketing automation capabilities, particularly focusing on the needs of local franchisees and affiliates, as well as collaboration use cases. This includes defining and building efficient data and content sharing principles while ensuring compliance, workflow collaboration, and approval processes at scale. The Senior Product Manager will be expected to be a strategic thinker who is also willing to roll up their sleeves to get things done. They should have experience in scoring and prioritizing features and be comfortable working in greenfield environments. The role requires the ability to articulate customer needs and product priorities effectively, ensuring that the voice of the customer is heard in product development. The candidate should have a strong background in product management, particularly in distributed marketing components of large-scale Enterprise SaaS products, with at least 5 years of relevant experience. In this role, the Senior Product Manager will collaborate with cross-product leaders to define product direction and leverage Epsilon's distributed marketing capabilities. They will need to understand current customer needs and anticipate future market trends to build products that provide value. The position involves synthesizing product leaders' needs into actionable product requirements, managing product features and functions, and participating as a key stakeholder in engineering projects. The Senior Product Manager will also be responsible for defining detailed functional requirements and contributing to documentation and training materials for both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-product leaders to define product direction and leverage Epsilon's distributed marketing capabilities.
  • Understand current customer needs and anticipate future market trends to build valuable products.
  • Synthesize product leaders' needs into actionable product requirements.
  • Effectively communicate customer and product priorities to product management leadership and technical stakeholders.
  • Manage the features/functions of the product and its roadmap.
  • Participate as a key stakeholder, product owner, and collaborator in engineering projects related to the product area.
  • Define detailed functional requirements in collaboration with UX and Engineering teams.
  • Contribute to documentation, internal and external training, and other materials for field and customer enablement.

Requirements

  • At least 5+ years of product management experience, particularly in distributed marketing, workflow, and collaboration use cases for enterprise-level customers.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with experience in both large and small organizations.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, organization, leadership, and customer service skills.
  • Strong blend of business and technical savvy, with experience in developing products using Agile methodologies.
  • Significant experience in product management with a proven track record of managing products through the entire lifecycle.
  • Direct or related experience with data-driven marketing programs.
  • Ability to communicate vision to senior leadership.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
  • B.A or B.S. Degree; an MBA is a plus.
