About the position

Epsilon is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager for its Distributed Marketing team. This role is pivotal in defining requirements, managing product roadmaps, and overseeing the product lifecycle of innovative distributed marketing capabilities within Epsilon's People Cloud. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the product aligns with both current customer needs and future market trends. This position requires a strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach to execution, as the Senior Product Manager will be responsible for driving growth in both new and existing markets through effective product management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing enterprise-level marketing automation tools, particularly those that cater to local franchisees and affiliates. This includes developing efficient data and content sharing principles, ensuring compliance, and managing workflow collaboration and approval processes at scale. The Senior Product Manager will need to articulate the voice of the customer, prioritize features based on market needs, and work in a greenfield environment to build products that meet evolving demands. With a minimum of 5 years of product management experience, the candidate should be adept at navigating the complexities of large-scale Enterprise SaaS products. The role requires exceptional communication skills to effectively convey product priorities to both technical stakeholders and product management leadership. The Senior Product Manager will also play a key role in defining functional requirements, collaborating with UX and Engineering teams, and contributing to training and documentation for both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-product leaders to define product direction and leverage Epsilon's distributed marketing capabilities.
  • Understand current customer needs and market trends to build future-ready distributed marketing solutions.
  • Synthesize product leaders' needs into actionable product requirements.
  • Communicate customer and product priorities to product management leadership and technical stakeholders.
  • Manage product features/functions and maintain the product roadmap.
  • Act as a key stakeholder and product owner in Engineering project execution related to the product area.
  • Define detailed functional requirements in collaboration with UX and Engineering teams.
  • Contribute to documentation, training, and enablement materials for field and customer use.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of product management experience, particularly in distributed marketing, workflow, and collaboration use cases for enterprise-level customers.
  • Experience in both large and small organizations, demonstrating an entrepreneurial spirit in fast-paced environments.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, organizational, leadership, and customer service skills.
  • Strong blend of business and technical acumen, with experience in Agile product development methodologies.
  • Proven track record of managing products through their entire lifecycle in the software industry.
  • Direct experience with data-driven marketing programs.
  • Ability to effectively communicate product vision to senior leadership.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and able to work effectively in team settings.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus.
