As a Senior Product Manager on Uber's Grocery and Retail team, you will be responsible for driving the consumer adoption and growth for our fast-moving Grocery and Retail business, helping customers "Get Anything" they want from local merchants. Uber has successfully helped customers get restaurant food delivered to their doors and is excited to bring that delight and convenience to virtually everything else. Currently, the focus is on grocery, convenience, alcohol, and pharmacy verticals, but the team has broader ambitions to expand into many other retail areas in the future. In this role, you will work with a broad set of cross-functional stakeholders across operations, data science, design, engineering, marketing, and more. Your primary goal will be to develop and implement innovative approaches to acquire and retain customers, increase order frequency, and optimize user experience and engagement. You will drive the product definition, strategy, and long-term vision for delivering a best-in-class “Get Anything” platform, ensuring impactful and high-quality consumer experiences that drive business results. You will own and execute on the roadmap, partnering with key stakeholders across the company. This includes designing and building scalable solutions that can serve all consumer intents and use cases across different verticals. You will also drive the cross-functional team to set qualitative objectives and quantitative goals for the business, leveraging data and experimentation to drive growth and optimize product performance. Additionally, you will communicate the product plans, benefits, and results to key stakeholders, including the Regional Operations and leadership teams.
