About the position

As the Credit Card Payment Product Manager at Lowe's, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing our credit card payment solutions, particularly focusing on Lowe's privately branded credit cards and services. This position requires a strategic mindset to guide initiatives that enhance the customer payment experience while managing risk and ensuring compliance with industry standards. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans that align with organizational goals and market trends, driving business growth and competitive advantage in the credit card payment sector. Your role will also involve supporting risk mitigation efforts associated with credit card payments, including fraud prevention and detection. You will ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards, staying updated on changes and implementing necessary measures to maintain compliance across all operations. Additionally, you will collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute programs aimed at promoting the use of privately branded credit cards, enhancing customer engagement and loyalty. Utilizing data analytics tools, you will monitor and analyze the performance of credit card payment solutions and promotional campaigns, identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) and generating actionable insights to optimize processes and drive revenue growth. Building and maintaining strong relationships with Lowe's branded credit card provider and other relevant vendors will be crucial for the successful implementation and operation of credit card payment solutions. This role requires a blend of strategic vision, analytical skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally within a large organization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans and long-term vision for credit card payment solutions.
  • Support risk mitigation associated with credit card payments, including fraud prevention and detection.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to credit card processing.
  • Support marketing teams in developing and executing marketing programs for privately branded credit cards.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to monitor and analyze performance of credit card payment solutions and promotional campaigns.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Lowe's branded credit card provider and other vendors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 5 years of experience in project management, product management, business analysis, program management, or product marketing.
  • 3 years of experience in product and/or experience management.
  • Strong writing ability.
  • Experience in an agile software environment.
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a large organization.
  • Experience working closely with senior leadership.
  • Experience translating data into quantifiable actions/deliverables.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration or similar advanced degree.
  • CSPO Certification.
