As the Sr Product Manager - Digital Experience at BECU, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our digital member journeys. Your primary focus will be to create a seamless and engaging experience for every member, ensuring that our digital product offerings meet their needs and align with our organizational goals. You will be responsible for developing the vision and strategy that guides our digital product journeys, and your leadership will be crucial in streamlining research, design, and delivery processes. In this role, you will develop and own the product vision and strategy for one or more complex products, aligning them with our business functions and objectives. You will guide decision-making processes, oversee the flow of research and product development, and manage release goals and priorities to ensure timely and successful delivery. Monitoring product performance and defining metrics to assess effectiveness will be key responsibilities, as will communicating data-driven insights to all levels of the organization. You will also adapt and refine the product vision based on insights and lessons learned, manage the product lifecycle, and build relationships with vendors to support product delivery. Collaboration will be essential, as you will work with key stakeholders across teams to drive product success. Staying informed on industry trends and incorporating member feedback into product design will be critical to your role. Additionally, you will manage product financials, including budgeting and expense approvals, and provide mentoring and guidance to foster development across the organization.
