As a Senior Product Manager for Digital Media at Publicis Groupe, you will be an integral part of a team dedicated to creating innovative digital products that drive significant business outcomes. This role focuses on managing digital products such as display advertising, online video, audio, and connected TV, which are essential for various marketing strategies including competitive conquesting, re-engaging lapsed customers, and facilitating app downloads. You will take charge of a product that currently generates over $150 million in revenue and has substantial potential for rapid growth, providing you with considerable exposure to the company's leadership and various partner teams. Your primary responsibility will be to communicate effectively about the product's features and future direction, especially during regular interactions with the executive leadership of Epsilon, Publicis, and clients. This position is sales-facing, emphasizing sales enablement, product packaging, competitive differentiation, go-to-market strategies, and the identification of new growth opportunities and product enhancements. Importantly, this role does not involve defining the technical aspects of product development; instead, it focuses on advocating for the product's vision and articulating the 'why' behind product features to the engineering teams responsible for building them. In this role, you will engage frequently with both the sales team and clients, providing leadership on marketplace insights, understanding unique client challenges, and clearly communicating tailored solutions. You will conduct regular competitor analyses to identify areas of differentiation and will be responsible for training both sales and internal teams on the competitive landscape, product positioning, and differentiators. Additionally, you will own an 18-month feature roadmap, supported by data-driven rationale for prioritization, and will need to embrace unexpected opportunities that arise, assessing how to support them effectively. Travel for this position is expected to be less than 10%.
