About the position

The Digital Payments Group is seeking a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the execution of online solutions strategy and product management/development to meet the needs of both business and consumer customers. This position involves collaboration with various departments to ensure that online channels are effectively developed and aligned with the Payments organization's goals. The role also includes the development of a long-term product and technical roadmap for online portals and payments, acting as a liaison between multiple areas of the bank.

Responsibilities

• Oversee product development lifecycle ownership.
• Identify and prioritize product development opportunities.
• Deploy products to market within established time frames and budgets.
• Manage pricing, profitability, packaging, promotion, and margin management.
• Provide consultative support on projects related to product and sales.
• Introduce products to the market and manage vendor selection and relations.
• Negotiate contracts with business partners in Digital Payments and Operations.
• Oversee development stakeholders including IT, Operations, Risk, and Compliance.
• Conduct market research and analysis to enhance knowledge of the payments market.
• Participate in Payments Industry forums and publish articles or business cases.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product management and development within the digital payments space.
• Strong understanding of market research and analysis techniques.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in vendor selection and contract negotiations.
