About the position

The Senior Product Manager for Digital Sales at Visa will play a pivotal role in defining and delivering innovative sales enablement software. This position focuses on enhancing the sales process for global teams by introducing technology solutions that improve sales effectiveness. The role requires a strong leader who can manage product development from conception to delivery while fostering a high-performance culture within an Agile team.

Responsibilities

  • Create innovative value-driven sales solutions that unify the end-to-end sales process and establish an outstanding user experience.
  • Manage the development and launch of new features and functionality through the entire product development lifecycle.
  • Generate product requirements and solutions based on stakeholder feedback to enhance user satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with parallel product teams to define future roadmap capability needs and prioritize them with a value-driven approach.
  • Understand how the product fits into the overall sales process and how other groups may leverage information from it.
  • Partner closely with the engineering team to develop the product through a structured Agile Scrum model.
  • Assess product usage post-launch, gather feedback, and identify improvements based on business value.
  • Maintain high-quality standards and evaluate tradeoffs for the product.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience working with SaaS applications, ideally Salesforce.com.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8 years in a product manager, product owner, business process analyst, or sales operation role (preferred).
  • 5 years of experience building software capabilities to support sales or customer relationship management functions (preferred).
  • 5 years of applying Agile principles in design, development, testing, and product management (preferred).
  • CSM and CSPO or equivalent Agile certifications (preferred).

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a sales enablement role.
  • Strong understanding of user experience design principles.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams.
