About the position

The position is part of the Institutional Markets team at Equitable, which focuses on providing innovative protected investment solutions to large institutional clients. This role involves assisting in the design and delivery of product concepts, managing product lifecycles, and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance business growth. The team is in a startup phase, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to a rapidly growing business.

Responsibilities

  • Support Institutional Markets product innovation and implementation
  • Manage cross-functional and complex projects to enhance customer and prospect engagement capabilities
  • Track and analyze the outcomes and impact of various initiatives post-implementation
  • Collaborate with various teams across the organization to coordinate efforts and identify resource and other constraints
  • Use data to identify actionable insights to help drive strategic thinking, refine tactics and optimize performance of initiatives
  • Develop executive presentations and present actionable recommendations to shape the strategic thinking of senior leadership
  • Identify new and emerging market trends and build competitive intelligence to enable more in-depth insights and/or accelerate growth
  • Develop business cases in partnership with Team Lead, business area leaders and stakeholders to generate senior management support for initiatives

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years plus of experience in a business, financial services environment
  • Experience with retirement product development, strategy, service
  • Strong skills with Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Strong written and oral communication skills to translate complicated technical topics into clear, concise statements
  • Ability to coordinate and gain consensus with a variety of people and teams
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Project management skills and attention to detail
  • Strong critical thinking skills with demonstrated ability to analyze and solve complex problems
  • Strong collaborative problem solving with ability to gather, analyze and synthesize a significant amount of information
