About the position

The Senior Product Manager at Visa will be responsible for developing innovative payment products and services, focusing on client engagement and accelerating service adoption across various markets. This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance high-level product strategy with day-to-day operational tasks, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions that meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Evolving Global Product Strategy: Contribute to the evolution of Visa's global product strategy by creating scalable solutions for seamless integration.
• Executing Roadmap: Bring the Visa Installments roadmap to life and achieve commercial targets for all use cases.
• Collaborating with Architects: Communicate client pain points and propose enhancements in collaboration with architects.
• Product Architecture Enhancements: Enhance product architecture to reduce barriers of entry for the product.
• Technology Collaboration: Work with the Technology team to ensure new use cases deliver the expected user experience without technical debt.
• Hosting Office Hours: Facilitate interactions with Card Issuers, Acquirers, Processors, and PSPs during office hours.
• Cross-Functional Interaction: Engage with various departments within Visa to ensure cohesive product strategies and messaging.
• Leadership Collaboration: Align product strategies with the leadership team and ensure proper coordination.

Requirements

• 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD.
• Prior experience in product management, strategy, and solution commercialization.
• Strong technical aptitude with understanding of predominant payment schemes.
• Broad knowledge in payments and digital transaction standards.
