About the position

The Senior Product Manager at ReSound is responsible for the successful launch, maintenance, training, and education of hearing aid products, software, and mobile applications in the US market. This hybrid role involves collaboration with various teams to ensure effective planning and execution of product launches, as well as identifying new product opportunities and communicating product information across departments.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the North American product subject matter expert for assigned products.
  • Drive and develop launch materials and training documents for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communicate new product information to the New Product Introduction (NPI) team.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement product improvements.
  • Analyze performance of released products against forecasts and identify trends.
  • Identify new product opportunities and collaborate with the North American product management team.
  • Communicate corporate product positioning strategy and market requirements.
  • Gather competitive intelligence on products and strategies.
  • Support marketing communication plans as a product management expert.
  • Manage weekly internal communications to sales channels.
  • Collaborate with teams to assign tasks and ensure timely completion of work.
  • Support gathering product requirements for market technologies.
  • Review historical and market information for product pricing strategy.
  • Take on additional product management duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of product management experience.
  • Experience in medical device or healthcare product management is desired.
  • Hearing industry experience is a plus.
