About the position

The Senior Product Manager II role at Anywhere Real Estate is focused on building strong relationships with stakeholders, GTM partners, UX, and engineering teams. This position requires prioritizing the engineering backlog and managing multiple initiatives to deliver high-impact results. The role involves producing Jira initiatives, gathering requirements, coordinating with product teams, and maintaining clear communication to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Produce Jira Initiatives and Epics and communicate them to the Engineering, UX, and QA teams.
• Meet with partners to gather requirements.
• Coordinate with other Product team members for production support and feature development.
• Own the relationship with business partners and perform continuous discovery with business and users.
• Coordinate upcoming epics for sprint planning and ensure backlog is groomed and ready for two sprints.
• Meet regularly with Tech, UX, and Product teams to maintain focus on the mission and ensure all have what is needed to move initiatives forward.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a professional product development environment with a minimum of 5 years in a Product Management/Ownership role.
• 5+ years' experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing.
• Excellent technical literacy.
• Full Product Lifecycle experience.
• Experience building marketing products.
• Experience working with JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent tools.
• Ability to make decisions with confidence.
