The Senior Product Manager for Infrastructure at Pinterest plays a crucial role in shaping and executing strategic roadmaps for scalable and efficient compute solutions. Responsibilities

• Chart out an exciting vision for the Infrastructure platform to support Pinterest's growth, scalability, cost efficiency, and performance.
• Develop and execute a cohesive strategy for Infrastructure applications in partnership with Engineering, Design, Executive, and other stakeholders.
• Understand user needs and identify gaps in meeting those needs.
• Build innovative features and processes using technology and processes.
• Foster a culture of rapid learning and execution within Infrastructure to drive Pinterest-level growth.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various partner disciplines, including engineering and design.
• Mentor peer product managers in Infrastructure, enhancing their skills and domain knowledge.

Requirements

• Demonstrated success as a product manager at fast-growing companies.
• Previous experience working on infrastructure products at high scale, with expertise in compute and networking being a plus.
• Strong product sense and ability to collaborate and gain buy-in from stakeholders while setting a long-term vision.
• Strong analytical skills to define product strategy and drive decision-making based on data analysis and qualitative feedback.
• Strong technical breadth and judgment to quickly understand a range of technologies and identify technical risks and trade-offs.
• Proven ability to lead in ambiguous environments and align across functions to deliver on time in a collaborative setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey complex topics clearly.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills and organizational awareness to persuade others and achieve program objectives.

Benefits

• Base salary range of $123,470—$254,024 USD, eligible for equity.
